Charlottesville based freelance illustrator Scott DuBar is a graduate of VCU School of the Arts where he received his degree in Communication Arts magna cum laude. Scott's work covers a wide range of lifelong interests including old style cartooning, surrealism, humor, as well as issues concerning human rights and the environment.
