Illustrator David Boelke began providing back cover art and writing satire for the Wacky Cards and back covers of Zillions, a Consumer Reports Magazine for Kids throughout the 80s and 90s. After arriving in California, he found work with a variety of marketing and production companies as a storyboard artist. For Disney Children’s Publishing, he supplied art for the books and publications based on the “Cars,” “Wall-E,” and “Ratatouille” movies.
