SamDakota is an illustrator, cartoonist, and graphic designer with a background in Fine Art and Printmaking. His drawing skills focus on pen and ink composition and are often easily translated into graphic work ideal for print, logo work, and web illustration. SamDakota received a BA in Biology from Middlebury College in 2008 and an MFA through the Printmaking department at the Columbia University School of Visual Arts in 2013. His illustration work has appeared in the New York Times, Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week, and publications from TigerBee Press and Guilford Press.
