illustration of When asked to design Nike Free RNs Kelly Anna was given the simple brief of “Unlock Your Free”. Nike asked Kelly to show what London meant to her, and what it means to be free through exploration and creative expression. Kelly has worked in couture footwear, so knew how to break a shoe up, and when she received the sample she cut it up and painted straight onto the different pieces.
illustration of Kelly Anna’s design for Sweet & Salty’s packaging was inspired by the synergy between opposites. Kelly wanted to understand what Sweet and Salty looked like, and decided on creating a Sweet & Salty Ying and Yang.

Kelly started her design off with paper collage, which allowed her to play around with the design, and gave an overall authentic feel to the finished packaging. The bold colours and dynamic shapes make for an exciting illustration, showing the unity of a salty sea and a sweet earth.
