Profile

Aga Grandowicz is a multi-award winning art director, graphic designer and wildlife illustrator. Co-creator of Dr Hibernica Finch’s Compelling Compendium of Irish Animals, published in Ireland by Little Island, October 2018. Winner of Children’s Book Ireland Book of the Year Award 2019 for illustration, and short-listed for the Irish Books Award 2018. Since the book’s publication, Aga has been involved in biodiversity-related projects and awarded heritage grants to create illustrations related to the local fauna and flora. She wishes to contribute to preserving the world’s biodiversity by creating educational information books on wildlife conservation. Founder of Natural World Design (http://naturalworlddesign.ie/)
