Profile

I am a Spanish illustrator born in San Sebastián, raised in Burgos and settled in Madrid. It was precisely in this city, where I started the studies of Commercial Management and Marketing, field in which I developed a large part of my professional career, until I decided change my professional orientation and start illustration studies at Number Ten School of Art. Illustration is a passion I have since childhood. I am an absolute enthusiast for illustration, my extensive training allows me to develop all kinds of techniques from watercolors, ink, pencils or digital adjusting to the client´s need. Within my creative process, the search for an idea that fits with what I want to convey is very important, whether through figures of rhetoric, synthesis or composition. Investigating how we can enrich the idea, look for the complicit gaze of the viewer and at the same time challenge him to find an emotion with which he can feel identified, is the main engine of my illustrations.
