Airbrush; watercolor on Strathmore. The type was done with brush and ruler, as was all the detailing. This illustration was created to show various materials and surfaces, such as transparent glass and liquid, water droplets, paper, botanicals, etc. The illustration was eventually digitized, that is, scanned in four sections and knitted together in Photoshop. Today, any conventional illustration techniques can be produced digitally with the proper art skills.
