Prisoner of the Flesh

illustration of Exterminate is a graphic short story that I both wrote and illustrated. It is four pages and there is no narration or dialogue bubbles. I am presenting the story in picture only. The table of contents has a brief description of the stories intent. The artwork began as a pencil drawing and was then inked. The color work is done with markers. Next illustration of Horror Artwork. Dracula is part of my ongoing series of Vampires. I wanted this version of Dracula to be a more contemporary version of the mythological image. I added a little steampunk into the clothing. The artwork began with a detailed pencil drawing followed by a marker comp. The background is a mixed media painting-using a resist process with oil and water-based paints. All the artwork was photographed and composed digitally.
