Firefighter Tribute

illustration of This was for an open entry art contest, image to be vinyl wrapped onto a downtown trolley bus. Themes were redefining age and modes of transportation. Large ink drawing spiced up with watercolors. Featuring a mix of locals from St. Pete, coming home from baseball, taking out the SUP, sharing public transport with Dali and Kerouac.
Next illustration of A tribute to the wisest, most peaceful teacher I've ever had.  This watercolor was painted in 2017 from an old photo reference back during a trip to Jamaica in 2004.  Brother John lived into his 90's having faced persecution for his beliefs, was beaten and jailed long ago. Yet harbored zero hate in his heart and revenge was the furthest thing from his mind. One Love.
