In this fiction story an anxious girl moves to San Francisco and is having trouble adjusting. She befriends her elderly neighbor who grows fruit and gives it away to all the neighbors. The girl cautiously tries drinking from a pomelo and loves it. The girl then shares fruit with another new student and makes a new friend.

Putting these components together creates a diffuse mood that I think makes you curious as to what it's all about. The review is about Blur reuniting after eight years and about finding out who they are now.

I was asked to tell a personal story about tradition, family, and childhood: As a child, I used to spend my Sunday afternoons painting with my grandma, she had been a fashion designer and an artist when she was younger. Luis Pinto worked on an exciting collaboration for packaging and promotion of limited edition Brisk Iced Tea flavors! The launch of Dragon Paradise Sparkling Tea, a new Brisk flavor only available at Taco Bell, was promoted at the Rolling Loud Miami Music Festival. Luis’ illustration of a swirling dragon and decorative florals were used for posters at the event as well as digital banner ads.
For the past two years, Chiara Vercesi has worked with Art Director Evan Levent to create key art for the World Wildlife Fund’s “Panda Paddle” event. This is an Illustration I created to showcase a regional store the brand was opening in Burlington Vermont. The challenge here was to fit imagery that was recognised as local inside the brands logo.

Their 3 joint papers are published in this week's Science magazine. The human cell reference catalog identifies key differences between cell types in different tissues.
For this rebrand of Nancy's Oatmilk yoghurts, Charlotte was tasked with creating illustrations that captured the naturalness of their flavours while evoking a premium taste experience. Fruits are featured as part of a whole plant, including blossoms and leaves, to visually communicate and appeal to plant-based consumers and are featured alongside blossoms and leaves, to visually communicate and appeal to plant-based consumers.

Using 3d Cgi, our challenge was to clearly visualise the level of engineering complexity that exists behind the outer shell of this highly detailed Lego Technic model. Consisting of 1000’s of parts and requiring an instruction manual of close to 500 pages to assemble, the final marketing image shows why assembly can easily take over 8 hours!
I created these illustrations for an article by Ed Yong about how the pandemic made it clear that science touches everything, and everything touches science. I used tarots as a metaphor for the complexity and chaos of the pandemic issue. I preferred to let the tarots themselves speak. So, I created 12 different tarots. I used “The Pandemic” instead of the card “The fool” represented by a fool’s hat over the world to underscore how the pandemic hasn’t just been a science story.”
Although the “Cows ‘Nourishment’ Campaign” can’t claim sole responsibly for Calcium’s year over year growth, it is safe to say that creating awareness and brand recognition certainly helped. In 2020, MM&M Magazine, for their “Top 100 Agencies” article, requested agencies submit a record album cover that was indicative of their agency. Calcium decided to do a takeoff of the famous Beatles “Abbey Road” album cover.
ABOUT THE WORK: This is the back cover for a graphic novel that Barry co-created with writer Steven Peros called Stoker and Wells. Stoker and Wells is the “true” story of how Bram Stoker and H.G. Wells met in London is 1890. They embark on a great adventure which inspires their two great novels, Dracula and The Time Machine, respectively. The drawing was created with pen and ink. It depicts the character Nina fighting off a giant Venus Flytrap.
This was one of a much larger plush series which included both plush and packaging design aimed at children from ages 4 to 7. The client requested the creation of numerous cute “marshmallow plush” aliens along with the packaging. I chose fun vibrant colours along with plush designs that would be endearing to the child.

During the pandemic I submitted this design to paint on an electric utility box in Amherst, Massachusetts. This is one of several electric utility boxes I painted in Boston and towns in Western Massachusetts. I am a big supporter of the idea to paint drab industrial hardware in order to beautify the city and town landscape and initiated PAINT THIS BOX!, an effort to get electric utility boxes painted by artists in Northampton MA, my hometown.
When Coors came out with its TV Spot “Coors Light Train” it was a big hit. Because of this, they wanted to create an accompanying Point of Sale and POP experience. We had to remodel the train from TV footage to make a higher res version. After making the iconic images for the print campaign, we created a concept involving a life-size train made from a flatbed truck that traveled around the US hosting experimental events inside it.
We love creating realistic images that can’t be created using photography, using 3D imagery to create something which doesn’t exist..but you wish it did! For the Beer Island image, we wanted to create a fantasy scene which was fun, believable and nice to look at. We thought a beer bottle shaped island would be a great image, with the Heineken label making a perfect swimming pool. All elements, including the sea, boats, palm trees and people are created using 3D and rendered realistically.
I’ve been producing record covers and t-shirt designs for Brighton rockabilly band the Long Tall Texans since the mid-1980s and they’ve always been a real joy to work on. This mini-album was their most recent release and the brief for the cover, as ever, consisted of little more than the title. The rest was left up to me. I’m pretty familiar with the group and the type of imagery appreciated by their fanbase by now but even so, that’s a very open spec compared to most illustration jobs.
Nathan was commissioned to design the cover for the new self titled debut EP by the British Alt/Rock band 'Sleepy Beaucat' The 4 track EP was produced by legendary producer/engineer Tony Platt best known for his work with AC/DC, Led Zeppelin and Bob Marley amongst many others. The image is based on a real media acrylic on canvas painting painted by Nathan in 2006. The band liked the image so much that they asked Nathan to recreate it digitally keeping as much to the original as possible.
MTV needed art for their southern Real-World-like hit show “Floribama Shore” done in an 80’s movie poster style. I used a mix of traditional and digital to achieve the final look. The work showed up in various media including a billboard in Times Square, NYC.

A group of wonderful Neo-natal Intensive Care nurses at St. Michael's Hospital in Toronto commissioned me to do a portrait of a family, who after receiving superlative care at St. Mike's for their premature infant, gave back by creating a fundraising event called Malachy's Soiree which raised more than $450K in its first year for the NICU at St. Michael's Hospital.
