animation of Why work when you can play?

I created this typographic mural for my daughter, Etta. It’s full of her favourite toys, food, activities and a load of things she’ll explore as she grows. Not only does it help her to learn words and identify objects but it serves as a reminder to not take life too seriously!
illustration of What’s your poison? This matte black beauty claims the soul of all that drink from it...and keeps your beverage cool for 24 hours! Illustrated skulls using trusty Posca Pens.
illustration of A custom pair of Vans made with my skate park repeat pattern. The pattern features a number of different ramps, boxes, pipes, rails, shoes, and helmets. I'm so happy with how these turned out - Vans did an incredible job as you'd expect!
illustration of As a result of having watched way too many films and TV shows, I decided to illustrate a selection of my favourite characters. I wanted a good mix of familiar and more obscure characters, which has led to a number of private commissions. Plenty more of these will be created going forward.
illustration of A treacherous adventure to explore what lies beneath might just reveal something of prehistoric proportions as life, uh, finds a way!

This piece was created for the 'Amazing Adventures: Art Inspired by the Works of Jules Verne' exhibition curated by the Little Chimp Society and Hire An Illustrator. My piece is inspired by Verne's 'Journey to the Center of the Earth'.
illustration of I was approached by IKEA to create a repeating background pattern for their ‘back to uni’ mobile ad campaign. They were keen to capture a rounded view of student life with a mix of academic and social imagery. During my time at university, I worked at IKEA as a kitchen designer so this brief felt like a trip back in time!
illustration of Love can be fleeting…but you’ll always have pizza! A tribute to the most magnificent of foods. An ode to something so pure and beautiful, you’ll do everything in your power to get it. Even when it burns the roof of your mouth because you’re too impatient to wait for it to be at an adequate temperature for consumption.
illustration of I'm all for a warm sunny day, but not at the cost of the planet! Climate change / global warming can’t be ignored and action needs to be taken by those in!
illustration of This illustration was selected as part of the Secret 7″ exhibition and charity sale event. Each artist creates a 7″ record sleeve for one of the 7 chosen tracks from some of the biggest names in music. The musician and title track can’t be included, so the art has to provide the narrative. My sleeve is an interpretation of Jack Garratt’s track ‘Worry’.
illustration of I was asked to create some packaging illustrations as part of Degrenne Paris’ collaboration with Philippe Starck. L’Économe and LéStarck are sets of beautifully crafted kitchen tools evolved from Degrenne’s iconic L’Économe range.

Alongside the packaging illustrations, I was also asked to create images to compliment the story and history surrounding the new product ranges. These illustrations feature on the Degrenne Paris website as well as being used on promotional displays.

Creating monochrome illustrations for advertising, editorial, murals, packaging and more. You name it, I want to create something for it! My style is bold with clean lines, a bite to its personality, and a twist of humour where appropriate.
