Mira Nameth

Profile

Mira is a Designer and Illustrator based in Stockholm, Sweden and studied at the Universities of Stockholm and Lund, Hyper Island, and Forsbergs Skola in Sweden, then worked in advertising in London and New York. She now primarily focuses on design and illustration. Intrigued by the visually complex and simple, she recognises visual relationships between seemingly contradictory elements. Mainly working in pen and ink, her work echoes historical illustration but is distinctly modern. She has exhibited in the UK, US, Germany and Sweden and was an Adobe Mentor in 2013/14. American Illustration, PRINT Magazine and Red Dot Design have also awarded her.
