Profile

I am an illustrator based in Dublin, creating expressive ink-based work across publishing, print, and textiles. Everything in my practice starts with analogue drawing. I love the energy and movement of ink and brush, using line as a way to explore form, texture, and narrative. I work across publishing, editorial, commercial, cultural, and self-initiated projects. My practice has also been shaped by artist residencies. I hold a BA in Visual Communications, an MA in Arts Education, and an MA in Illustration, bringing a multidisciplinary approach to each project, combining hand drawing, printmaking, and digital collage to create warm, textured illustrations. Collaboration is central to my practice, and I enjoy working closely with clients to create expressive illustrations rooted in story. I am especially interested in publishing, heritage, and cultural work where I can bring stories to life. I work with a wide range of clients, from publishers and cultural organisations to local authorities. I also lecture in Illustration and Drawing at Griffith College Dublin.
