Profile

Since 2011 I offer solutions as an illustrator and art director to clients all over the world, from Syria to London, Paris, Toronto, Santiago de Chile, New York, Spain, among many others. I have developed a personal style originating in the collage of prints and images prior to the 19th century that has evolved to become the basis for mixed compositions with ink and digital color. This evolution has allowed me to extend my language to various professional fields such as publishing, advertising, product design or concept art. I have illustrated covers and press articles for magazines such as Forbes or Jotdown. I have made illustrated books for publishers such as Quarto in the United Kingdom or Hachette and Anaya. Dozens of covers for fiction or essay novels. In addition to collaborating in campaigns for brands such as Samsung, Nivea, Smythson, Goyard or Pedro del Hierro. I have also taught collage and illustration workshops, conferences and masterclasses in Spain and Latin America and I am a professor in the University Degree in BBAA and Design in Madrid. I have participated in several collective and individual exhibitions and I was the organizer and curator of the exhibition 'El Poliptico de los Iluminados', in homage to El Bosco, in Madrid. I have been a finalist in several international illustration awards and have received a Bronze Laus, an award for best illustration from APIM Spain and several international awards. I am represented for the Chinese market by Ampersand Global.
