The key aims were to simplify the complex layout of the park to create an accurate and easy navigation tool for visitors, to be colourful, fun and appealing to the target family audience and to be easily updatable for the inclusion of future rides and attractions.

Rod Hunt is an award winning London based illustrator and map artist specialising in detailed character filled illustrations and isometric maps. With 30 years experience as an illustrator he's worked for clients worldwide bringing his unique voice and perspective to their brands. Rod’s illustrations are often very detailed with layers of humour and interest creating complex worlds populated with little characters, scenes and easter eggs. It’s very important for him to entertain the viewer as well as inform giving them something else to see on repeat viewings. Storytelling is an important part of the process. His illustrated maps and plans have been used for theme parks, college campuses, music festivals, city parks, motorsports, museum exhibitions and tourist attractions around the world. Rod has also illustrated many Search and Find picture books including 'Top Gear Where's Stig?' which was the 4th bestselling UK hardback non-fiction book of 2009, and was followed by two successful sequels. His latest books Where's Your Dog/Cat? series for Yappy.com are personalised search and find books where your own pet is the star! Rod also licences his artworks for jigsaw puzzles, games, surface design, homeware, posters, stationary, clothing and more. Existing illustrations can be adapted for your specific product lines.
