Yihyoung Li is a Taiwanese-American freelance illustrator based in Dallas, Texas. He studied traditional painting at Boston University, where he received his BFA in Painting. Since then, he has illustrated for tabletop games and toy packaging. He specializes in magical realism with painterly mark-making. In his personal work, he is interested in exploring queer identity, dreams, and mental health through a fantasy lens. Aside from painting, Yihyoung enjoys exploring national parks with his mom and talking about films with friends. He is also fond of Boba drinks and watermelon (but not together).
