Janet Rodriguez is a Mexican-American illustrator and Character Designer living in Orange County and working in Los Angeles. She studied at California State University, Fullerton and has since worked as a Character Designer for various projects with companies like Netflix, Warner Bros., DreamWorks TV, Sony, ShadwoMachine and more. Her personal work breaks away from the animation world and involves whimsical line art, experimental color work and mischievous characters. These characters are derived from childhood memories and the yearning of dreams. Her passions outside of her career are family and building community.
