Hamilton Cornwall, who works under the pen name Skratch Topo, is an illustrator from Portland, Maine. His hometown of Portland and his childhood are his inspiration for ongoing themes found in his work including sailors, port cities, and rebellious teenagers. His work has appeared on skateboard decks, clothing, album covers and magazines. He is also the creator of the webcomic series, Bite-Size Comics, which was recently published as a paper-back book.
