Profile
Dominic Trevett is an illustrator who is based in London, England. As a student he won a D&AD yellow pencil for ‘the most outstanding illustration’ and in the summer of 2004 he graduated from The Royal College of Art where he studied Communication Art & Design. He has created illustrations for The National Gallery, Penguin, Canongate, Bupa, Unicef, Hamleys, Marriott Hotels, The Economist, The Sunday Times, New Scientist, Which, Bloomberg Business Week, Fiat, Gü, Sainsburys and British Airways. Drawing takes a major role in his work. Every illustration originates from the pages of his sketchbook where he explores the subject with the humble pencil. Even though the final image is digital this hand drawn quality is retained along with the occasional mistake.
