Barcelona based illustrator has worked on assignments with different clients in Europe and America for almost thirty years. Started out illustrating with traditional art materials and years later gravitated towards the computer and digital tools he employs today. He has worked with all sorts of subject matter: op-ed stuff, literature, economy, religion, science, war & peace… And has developed a personal technique and conceptual style for creating his images. In recent years he has crafted a style that employs a black and white linear engraving look, as well as splashes of gestural vivid color. The search for concept in his imagery lies always within the ironic game of opposites. He has lived in many places in the world and is bilingual English-Spanish and speaks Catalan as well. Besides his present home, New Orleans is one of his favorite old haunts. He had seven illustrations accepted into the permanent collection of the WID Department of the Victoria & Albert Museum in 2014.
