illustration of Ptex Group called upon the expertise of Steven Noble to illustrate the new logo mark for Schreiber’s Homestyle Bakery. The task was to illustrate Tuvia the baker as a mascot (using the age old technique of legit etching) to help build the rich brand story.
Next illustration of Love Creative commissioned the award-winning artist Steven Noble to create the label illustration. His scratchboard style was perfect for a story of obsession. Steven uses this engraving technique to create precise, highly detailed images. With scratchboard, as with the pursuit of perfection in gin, the artist gradually carves away the dark to reveal the light.
