Year of the dragon '24

illustration of These two illustrations are part of a sequential series I created for the prompts of the Bug Week 2025 challenge on instagram. I wanted to explore color and texture, and challenge myself with creating a storyline that connects all the prompts. The main character is a friendly little bug and their pet rubber ducky isopod.
Next illustration of Both of these illustrations are personal projects exploring childhood summers and playtime. The theme centers kiddos' joyful imagination, that can turn the simplest things, such as clouds and soap bubbles into sources of magic and wonder.
