Cathy Rowe is an illustrator working out of Oregon City, OR. In January 2018 she released her illustration debut "Explore ABC Fun: An Assembled Alphabet Adventure". She has always been passionate about art in education and the role of art in everyday family life. She brings 10+ years of mural experience to her current illustration practice.
