Profile

I am an illustrator in love with textured, hand painted paper collage illustration. I specialize in feminine lifestyle illustration. I love the combination of analogue and digital processes. I find it really satisfying to work with handmade painterly textures and old fashioned cut and paste collage. I use Photoshop and Procreate to finish my work. I love jewel bright colours, painterly textures and vintage botanical drawings. My favourite era is the Victorian era. Birds, butterflies and flowers make me happy. I have a Bachelor of Science degree and would love to illustrate a series of educational science books for kids that make chemistry and cell biology or botany come alive.
