Lisa K. Weber's whimsically twisted characters and images have been appearing in all manner of print, animation, and design projects since 2000, when she graduated from Parsons School of Design with a BFA in Illustration. She has provided artwork for various outlets, including cover artwork for young reader's books, graphic novelizations of classic literature, textiles for clothing, and character and background design for animations. Selected clients include Scholastic Inc., Cricket Magazine, Penguin/Dutton Children's Books, Houghton-Mifflin Harcourt, Oxford University Press, Black Dog & Leventhal, Stone Arch Books, Graphic Classics, Curious Pictures, MTV Animation, and Sirius Thinking. When not on assignment, Lisa spends time creating her own work, which has been showcased at galleries in New York, LA, and Philadelphia, as well as being featured on Hi-Fructose Magazine's contemporary art blog. She currently lives and works in Los Angeles, California.
