Samuel Fontaine

A digital illustration commissioned for the scifi novel, "A Chronicle Volume II" by EAE Gerber. This illustration takes place on the planet, "Sage 5". The planet is completely encased in casinos and cityscapes which is why I drew the city extending far off into the horizon and beyond. The concept art by Syd Mead for the Blade Runner movie was a huge inspiration for this piece. The influence can be seen in the grid of roads above the city streets and the lady on the large billboard to the left.
