Bunbuku Chagama translates "good fortune tea-kettle” 🫖 is a Japanese folktale about a raccoon that uses it’s shapeshifting powers to receive good treatment from it’s rescuer. Talk about kindness, gosh. According to legend, the name of a tea kettle was owned by priest in Gunma prefecture who found out the kettle is an ancient raccoon dog or mujina (basically old japanese term for a Badger)
