Yuki Onna she may look like the snow queen, but she has many names. In Nagano, she is a yukifuri-baba “Snowfall Hag" and in Ehime, yuki-hoe ("snow daughter"), yuki-onago ("snow girl"), yukijorō ("snow woman"), yuki-onba ("snow granny" or "snow nanny"). This beautiful old hag came to visit a man and became his wife from the woman's own desire.
